Steve England: Station Imaging & Creative Production

It’s been another busy period for us in all areas of the business. On the imaging front we have completed more work for the BBC, producing a custom package for BBC Radio Lancashire and a resing for BBC Guernsey and BBC Oxford.

We’ve also resung Steve’s Lighten Up package for Insight Radio and had JAM resings for BBC 3 Counties and Energy FM.

Following the release of the new Steve England ID show reel we have reduced the price of UK resings from all the packages on Steve’s Connected CD to £100(+VAT) per cut! While S2blueCreative, our commercial production arm, has been equally as busy producing commercials for stations in the UK & around Europe.

In February we found out that we had won one of the commercial production contracts for The Local Radio Company, servicing all 27 stations in the TLRC group. As a result we’ve taken on an additional full time studio engineer, Emma Dickenson.

JingleWorld Vol. 1 CD has been sent out and has proved very popular. The CD features 99 tracks of commercial jingles, categorised into different business sectors, which are available to be resung in many TSA’s

We’ve also produced an unprecedented amount of e-learning audio over the last few months, producing audio for quite a few blue chip companies and Government Departments. For information on our e-learning audio facilities click here

Studio developments
In the last few months we have expanded and improved the facilities we have at Overton Bank.

Studio 4 has been upgraded, so we now have 4 full SADiE studios. Studio 4 will mainly be used for e-learning projects and increases our capacity and ability to deal with large work

Studio 1 has had a make over, with a modern and contemporary look, moving it inline with the other studios.

In the coming months the voice booth and live room will be having a makeover as well as a continuation of theupgrade in Studio 4. Watch this space for more details
